Our story

Started with a kitchen full of jars

We began drying our own herbs because we couldn't buy any that were good enough. What started as a kitchen full of jars became a proper holding supplying home herbalists, small-batch distillers and chefs across the UK.

We still pick everything by hand, still dry it slowly, and still write the harvest date on every bag. Some things shouldn't scale.

How we work

Four principles we don't compromise on.

No herbicides, no machinery

The cultivated beds and the wild meadow are tended by hand and kept chemical-free.

Picked at the right moment

We harvest at peak potency, usually in the morning once the dew has gone.

Dried below 40°C

Slow, low-temperature drying protects the volatile oils and active compounds.

Full traceability

Harvest date, location and picker recorded for every single batch.
